At Weruva, we stand behind the quality of our pet food and want your furry friends to be completely satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and were purchased within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Reach out to our customer care team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the products and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
